Session Expired

Once you log in to the Telecare Training Tool website, your user details, selected scenario and score are maintained by our web server. However, if you are inactive for 20 minutes or more i.e. you do not load or refresh any pages, your session will be terminated to conserve server resources.

To recover from this, simply log in again and restart your test, ensuring you do not dwell on any page for more than 20 minutes.
